SAP Task Forces
Rely on Trained Teams and Standard Operation Procedures for Standard Operations.
In a mass market like SAP ERP and SAP Netweaver there are many projects that can be defined as routine works. In order to enhance the quality and speed of SAP related implementations, Logosworld has set up flexible task force teams that step in as trained teams into projects to deliver results according well defined Standard Operation Procedures.
The task forces are recruited in a A-team platoon fashion, where there is an experienced task force captain as the premier contact for the mission owner. The crew is then compiled by the captain matching the requirements. The driving idea is that the captain knows the possible collaborators personally and can best decide which crew works best for a certain requirement.
The task forces blend a high degree of business know-how blended with practical and technical experiences in implementing best practices. The idea has been born from a detailed analysis of the anatomy of failure. Although the majority of works in a project would follow a best-practice scenario, there is only a small minority that come trained with the necessary knowledge and practical experience.
Task Forces
Template Implementations
The easiest and most reliable way to get a new SAP system running is relying on a working template. We offer therefore for new customers or departments, where a standardized template of SAP Netweaver needs to be brought life quickly.
ERP-Migrations and Rollouts
We offer a task force for merging legacy applications into a working SAP instance and/or adopting the current instance to newly merged departments or countries.
System-Consolidation and Carve-Outs
Special experience and know-how is needed to carve-out business units from a shared ERP system or merging several redundant instances into a single one.
Proof-of-Concept, Feasibility, Budget-/Risk-Estimation
The task forces can also act in the decision making phases when feasibility studies are required or quick prototypes need to be blended with distinct business requirements. Experienced task forces can also name reliable estimates of the expected costs and risks.
Special Forces Architectural Design
Logistics (from Sales to Billing)
Matching the specialized requirement of logistics processes in dedicated business with harmonized Logistic processes.
Intercompany sales and invoicing and taxes
Coping with special business requirement that come with intercompany and cross-border trade .
Enterprise Application Integration (e.g. xMII, Adapaters)
EAI requires know-how of both SAP backend and external appliances like readers, scales, counters, cameras etc.
SAP XI Exchange Infrastructure
SAP XI currently lacks of a shortage of trained people that understand the different thinking in asynchronous networked processes in combination with practical know-how of XI. Task forces play a special role, since especially XI is driven by patterns like hardly any other IT area.
